I wish I could give more than five stars. Gravity Autos is now my go-to dealership. I bought a Range Rover through the CarGurus app, but when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted—great car, just not the right color. Rashid spent most of the afternoon helping me find the perfect car at the right price for my budget. He and Tim made the process smooth and easy. The whole team was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient and helpful. Buying a car is a big investment, and since I like to trade every year, it’s reassuring to know I’m not upside down. Most dealerships forget about you after the sale, but Rashid followed up a few days later. He’s earned my loyalty and trust. Great selection of cars, great people who really know their business— with Rashid, Tim and Gravity Autos, you can’t go wrong.

I had such a great experience working with Samuel! From the moment I pulled up, he already had the car I was interested in waiting for me and greeted me by name, which immediately made me feel welcomed. He was extremely prompt and responsive through text before I arrived, and even better in person—friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Although I didn’t end up getting the exact car I originally came for, Samuel stayed with me throughout the entire process and worked with me until we found something that made sense for me and was a great deal. I never felt rushed or pressured. He really took the time to make sure I left happy and made the entire car-buying experience much easier than I expected. If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, personable, patient, and actually willing to work with you, I highly recommend asking for Samuel. I would absolutely work with him again!

She answered all my questions honestly, helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget, and made the entire process surprisingly smooth.
